Kennedy Property Management's Commercial Property Management division was created to provide exceptional property management services to our investors in the Metro Atlanta Area. Our focus is on investors who prefer to use professional management services to oversee their properties. Our clients range from individual investors to clients who own or will be purchasing retail, office, or industrial space. Financial
Collect rents and other income from tenants, maintain status of each tenant, produce monthly financial statements, formulate annual budget, maintain security deposits and pay vendors, utilities and other expenses in a timely fashion.

Maintenance
Oversee routine maintenance and evaluate vendors, equipment and supplies to ensure the property is operating in a safe and efficient manner.

Tenant Relations
Prompt responses to tenant needs, questions, concerns and emergencies.

Rental Analysis
Provide timely updates and recommendations on rental rates, analyze both neighborhood and market trends and help with lease negotiations.
