Supervision and Maintenance
We provide management and supervision over all our maintenance staff and/or vendors. Whether it is janitorial personnel; HVAC; pest control; unit improvement; or any other maintenance functions, we have the staff and vendors available.
Emergency Service
Our on-call emergency service is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
Eviction Coordination
Unfortunately, some situations call for dramatic intervention. We do not avoid the unpleasant duties such as eviction of noncompliant tenants or from providing collection services for non-payment.
Bill Payment
Timely payment for venues where money is owed requires excellent financial management which we provide.
Capital Improvement Estimates
Keeping loyal tenants and attracting new tenants are important. Property upkeep may require capital improvements. We obtain estimates for the work required and oversee the work through completion.
